How I Work

My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person’s lived experience. I do not believe in quick fixes, rigid plans, or one-size-fits-all solutions.

Coaching sessions are collaborative and client-centered. Together, we explore what you are carrying—emotionally, physically, and historically—and identify practical, supportive ways forward.

My approach integrates:

  • Mind-body awareness

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Emotional processing

  • Behavior change rooted in self-compassion

  • Optional use of Havening Techniques® for stress and emotional regulation

Sessions are held remotely via Zoom and are offered in a calm, confidential, and supportive environment.

I work best with clients who are open to reflection, honesty, and gradual change—and who want to develop a more trusting, sustainable relationship with themselves.
