Grief & Loss Coaching

Grief changes us. It affects how we think, feel, relate, and even how we experience our bodies. For many people, grief does not follow a neat timeline—and it often goes unacknowledged or unsupported once the world expects us to “move on.”

I offer grief-informed coaching for adults navigating:

  • The death of a spouse, child, parent, or loved one

  • Anticipatory grief related to illness or caregiving

  • Complicated or layered grief

  • Loss connected to health, identity, life roles, or dreams unfulfilled

My approach honors grief as a natural response to loss—not something to fix, rush, or minimize. Coaching sessions provide a steady, compassionate space to process what has been lost, understand how grief is showing up emotionally and physically, and find ways to live meaningfully alongside it.

This work is especially supportive for people who are:

  • Used to being “the strong one”

  • Functioning outwardly but struggling internally

  • Experiencing grief in the body (fatigue, anxiety, appetite changes, numbness)

Grief coaching is not therapy—it is a companioning process that helps you feel less alone, more grounded, and better able to care for yourself during a profoundly human experience.

The ultimate goal is not to “get over” grief, but to feel grounded and supported in the messy middle between absence and presence—while creating a new normal that allows life to feel meaningful and whole again.
